Eight clients who meet quarterly to tell us what we are getting wrong. Members serve one year terms and are chosen to span industry, budget, and how long they have worked with us. Sessions run two hours: we present what changed since the last one, they respond, and then they set the agenda for the rest. Real things have come out of it, including our project status page, the flat rate support tier, and the end of a reporting format nobody was reading. Members are paid for their time because their time is worth money and unpaid advisory boards get polite feedback. Nothing said in the room affects anyone's account or pricing, and we have had to prove that more than once. New members rotate in every January.
