The current apprentice group, three designers and one developer, six months into a paid program. Monday mornings are their structured learning block: a topic, a exercise, and a review of the client work they shipped last week. Topics cycle through typography, layout systems, accessibility, client communication, estimating, and the unglamorous mechanics of handing off a file. Each apprentice has a named mentor who sits in and a written plan with actual milestones. This is not a shadowing program and they are on real projects from week two. The group meets for the full six month term and then a new cohort starts. Alumni are welcome back for any Monday session, permanently.
